Hi. Demo version from October 27 freeze on engine screen. Menu music plays, you can even blindly click, as mouse cursor works and start game (starts playing music that plays in "Stories"), but on screen "Godot game engine". Old version works, same config i5-3230m 2.60GHz, GeForce GT 645M

Hi, thanks for the report, I just upload a little fix (v0.9.1) I hope that fixes the screen error.

If the error persists can you tell me, it happens every time you try to start the game or just sometimes?

Problem persisted sadly. I have tried start it 5 times and it happens every time. About the same number of times I tried start version 0.9.0 and problem was the same every time. I still have the version I downloaded on October 18 on my PC (I can't tell which version it is exactly) and it continues to work

Sorry but I have not yet been able to replicate the error.

I uploaded another small fix (v0.9.2) to change the animation of the start screen and see if the problem was the animation or something about the engine itself.

Also, one possible solution could be turning off the antialiasing of the graphic card (Nvidia control panel > Manage 3D settings > turn Antialiasing - mode to OFF) or updating the drivers and setting to default values.

Interesting thing, problem still exists on system with Nvidia, but now demo runs on Celeron N3350 (I always tested on both systems, hoping it would work on Celeron). Works not bad, FPS drops in animated scenes, but still playable.

I tried settings in Nvidia panel, but sadly it didn't help. Maybe problem is really in drivers, but I haven't been able to find newer ones yet. Anyway, at least I have a system on which I can test next builds, so I think I'll join your Patreon to try public version. I will continue to try builds on both systems, maybe problem will solve itself

I made a last try to solve the problem (v0.9.3) I changed a few settings in compatibility to not depend on graphic card.

I can finally get back to you with good news: version 0.9.3 works on both systems. Hopefully what I took up your time fixing the demo will help for next versions. I look forward to hearing more about project

Love to hear that, sure, with these changes I took note about new configurations.

Thanks for your support

I'm huge Nagatoro simp and was attracted by stuff you posting on twitter. I tried run demo on potato laptop (Celeron N3350). It shows white window and then window disappears and nothing happens, but I think problem is with laptop. In a few days I will have access to my main PC, I will try to run demo and I will definitely share my feedback

Thanks for your comment, The problem with the window could be a problem with the laptop but despite that I'm working on optimizing the game. (For reference, the lower specs I test were Intel Celeron N4000 1.1GHz with 4GB of ram)

I was able to find a better laptop (i5-3230m 2.60GHz, GeForce GT 645M), run and try out demo a bit. Technically everything worked fine, I didn't notice any bugs or crashes, animated scenes ran smoothly, but being able to run game on potato laptop I mentioned, would be great.

As I mentioned before I'm huge Nagatoro simp, so I went through stories choosing only her as main girl. I was also interested in Kobeni's story, but I haven't gotten through that story yet, maybe I'll do that later. Here are the things I want to point out:

Text in stories: serves its function, not cringy and easy to read, but I wanted it to change a bit depending on girl chosen. From what I understand, right now text in stories is the same for all girls, but if it's possible to implement this, I'd like it to be character specific for each girl you choose. Maybe add special lines for each that wouldn't affect story as a whole, but are characteristic of each particular girl. Nagatoro teases her partner with sexual innuendo, but when a real sex-related situation happens, she becomes very shy and cute. It would have been nice if this could have been reflected in text of story. But overall, even text as currently implemented in demo is quite appropriate for her character, so I'll be fine if things stay the same.

Character sprites: using Koikatsu models as static sprites is great idea. There's no dissonance between animated scenes and novel, girl looks consistent everywhere and that's huge perk + I've always liked that Nagatoro model, so I'm just happy to see her used, both in static and animation.

Animated scenes: it has to be said that the costume choice for girl is a killer feature. It's damn nice to look at and I reran both stories 4 times each just to see Nagatoro in all costumes in all scenes. If it's possible, I'd like to see even more clothing options for Nagatoro. As far as I remember, this model also has competition swimsuit version and a demoness cosplay version, I'd like to see those clothes in game. It's also nice that all the costumes are involved in animated scenes. There was a desire to go through story again to check out how each costume is involved in animations. Poses and motion in animated scenes are good, but they are sorely lacking in sounds. I don't know how hard it is to implement, but even if it's one voice for all girls and standard sloppy sound, it would be better than no sounds at all, for my taste. Also, I'd like to be able to change camera angle during animated scenes. I think that free camera is too difficult or impossible to implement, but it would be awesome to be able to select one of several predefined viewpoints in animated scene, it would greatly diversify view and add interactivity.

UI is easy to understand and not bad looking. Music is good, but it would have been nice to add tense melody to NTR story, from about midway through the story, at the point where it becomes clear that this was a very bad idea...

I guess that's all I wanted to mention. Sorry for delay in leaving feedback, it took me a long time to get to a better PC. Hopefully development will go smoothly and I can see some updates and new content soon (preferably Nagatoro related lol)

Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it, I'll take notes for next updates, some things like the audio and effects are currently in development (probably comes with the next update), and things like unique text and scenes depending of the selected girl will no come in the next update but is an idea I like and I'm thinking how to implement it without breaking everything.

These days I will update the game page adding the content of the next update.
